1. Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Some items, including personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Contact our customer service team at Contact@dustix.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • After contacting us, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Refunds are only issued for items returned within the specified 30-day period.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photographs of the damage or defect.

  • We will either offer you a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the returns process, and we will issue a refund once we receive the original item. You may then place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be at your own expense unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
